Delivery
The list of countries that we currently deliver to will be displayed during the check-out process.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
It is your responsibility to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address information and contact details. We will not be liable if you provide us with incomplete or inaccurate information.
You will pay all shipping charges during the order process.
A product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us. The risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery.
Shipping Time
The processing time for orders is 12 hours. Once your order is placed, the delivery time is within 12 hours to 3 business days for local (Kuwait) and 4 to 6 days for international delivery.
Returns/Refunds Policy
You are entitled to a refund in the event that the product arrives damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights. In the event your claim is justified, the purchase price and the shipping costs will be refunded. To request a refund, you must contact our customer service team by writing to us at info@sarahlenses.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. We may request photos of the product and a copy of your confirmation email.
The refund amount will include the purchase price of the returned products. Unless prohibited by law, any shipping and handling charges paid for the original purchase will not be refunded.
Any refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.
The above mentioned all policy is valid within 14 days. If the product is being used or opened in any case then is not entitle for any kind or return or exchange accordingly.
